Advert description
I am a third‑year BSc (Hons) Economics with Accounting student, currently in the top 5% of my cohort and holding an offer to progress to a master’s in Financial Economics. I teach IB Economics (HL & SL), A‑Levels, GCSE and introductory university economics, covering areas such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, data analysis and basic econometrics.
My lessons focus on building strong intuition first, then practising exam‑style questions so students know exactly how to structure answers. I use real‑world examples (markets, companies, policy decisions) to make abstract diagrams and models easier to understand, and I adapt the pace to each student’s level and confidence.
A typical lesson starts with a quick check of understanding, followed by a clear explanation of the topic, worked examples, and then guided practice with feedback. I provide structured revision tips, help with essays and IA/extended response questions, and support students in developing both their economic reasoning and exam technique.
