I am a flexible person and my teaching skill involves understanding the kind of students under my care as well as their core academic needs and adopting the most effective teaching methods that works for the students.

I will employ forefront methods of teaching as well as discussion classes where every students will be given the opportunity to express and air their own opinion on whatever academic discourse. This will in turn give the students a sense of belonging. I will also not leave out the use of stories, analogies and objects that they can easily relate to in order to comprehend what is being taught.
