I encourage a student-centred learning experience, tailoring each session to the individual learning style of my student. I believe encouraging active participation and questions is the best way to help students learn a topic and gain the confidence they need to succeed.

I encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their child’s tutoring, discussing lesson plans and progress frequently to reassess and focus on the correct goals for success.

I have been tutoring for almost 5 years now, starting with 11+ tuition and then moving to Math and Science GCSE and A-Level subjects. I have tutored many successful students through AQA, Edexcel and OCR exam papers across Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science for both GCSEs and A-levels.

A key focus of my tutoring is often increasing self confidence in a pupils ability, finding that this allows for much greater understanding and performance, nurturing their knowledge and building strong foundations for their studies.

I have a professional competency of Python, MATLAB, C, Java and C++; having tutored students in these languages since 2021.

I can provide reference and testimonials upon request, I also hold an enhanced DBS check, having worked closely with students as young as 6 in the past.
