Experienced and Engaging Online Spanish Tutor

My passion and natural love for education shines through in my teaching and creates a fun, relaxed, and educational environment for students. I am thus extremely engaging, reliable and thorough. I have a degree from Durham University as well as over 3 years experience in tutoring Spanish (as well as Maths, German, English and History). From achieving A*s in Spanish at GCSE and A-Level to tutoring students at these levels, I am very experienced and have an in-depth knowledge of the UK syllabuses and exams. My teaching style consists of tailoring the delivery of lessons to each individual's needs and learning styles, and encouraging my students to feel confident in their learning. I also maintain academic progression through homework, regular tests and progression.

My lesson-planning skills are incredibly strong, and subsequently, my organization skills are commendable. I am able to pick up on a student’s strengths and weaknesses accurately, and ensure that my lesson planning is based around this. For example, if a languages student is particularly strong in speaking the language, I will ensure I focus on reading and writing more. My experience tutoring has also perfected my written and verbal communication skills, which has allowed me to not only explain concepts and test knowledge more effectively, but also to provide accurate written feedback.
