I have been teaching English to adult learners for 26 years. Due to widespread need of communication with different people around the world, the method of teaching is basically based on communication. The marital for every learner would be different and it is selected based on every individual’s need of learning English.
The teacher’s role in a learning environment is to provide a friendly environment to remove any learning barriers, including stress and shame of making errors. Therefore, the students will have enough confidence to learn in a fun and friendly condition.
Errors are inevitable in the process of language learning. Students should not be blamed or stopped during the learning process. The teacher will do the error corrections where necessary. So let’s enjoy learning English rather than being worried about grammar or pronunciation mistakes .
