I can tailor to the needs of students, exploring their interests of improvement. I am able to guide students through answering questions, at the same time as allowing them to be creative with the content. I can also contextualise information, which enables student understanding. I can accomplish the student's capabilities by transfering their skills to the exam, so that the student is confident. I can get them to follow a plan, whereby i deliver the lessons and they apply it to the exam questions.
