The format used in teaching varies depending on the capacity of each student. Some love audio method of learning, some prefer audio-visual means to assimilate faster, and some prefer reading books to get the messages.
Each student will be assessed at the outset of the class to see the progress before the major class starts, and subsequently, such student will surely be tested on residual knowledge before new topics are introduced.
There is always a weekly assessment to track the progress of each student and also gather the necessary report for way-forward.
Since every students has one or two differences, assessment will be based on individual approach to know each student's challenges.
Constant report will be given to students personal assessment and evaluation to know whether they are progressing or not.
Necessary facilities are provided to work learning and to make it easier for both teacher and the students.
Flexible periods and time will be chosen as a considerable factor for both parties.
There will be a mid-period exam/test to analyse all efforts made from the begining of the term till such period.
A feedback form will be handled over to students to state their experience during the lessons for teacher to comprehend the efforts and what's needed to be done.
Finally, final week exams will be conducted to be based on student's reading skills, writing skills and speaking skills. This is done to cover up all necessary approach of language as far as it is concerned. All necessary methods will be utilized.
