English Language tutoring for GCSE and A-Level

I achieved a strong grade in A-Level English Language and have since developed my writing, analysis and communication skills to postgraduate level, completing both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
My strengths lie in essay writing, language analysis, comprehension and constructing clear, well-developed arguments. I can help students understand exactly what exam questions are asking, structure high-quality responses and develop the analytical and evaluative skills needed to access higher marks.
My teaching style is structured, engaging and tailored to each student. I identify areas for improvement early and use targeted practice, past-paper questions and detailed feedback to strengthen both ability and exam technique.
I’m confident in breaking down difficult concepts into clear, manageable steps while still challenging students to reach their full potential.
My goal is not simply to improve individual pieces of work, but to give students the skills and confidence to approach English Language independently and perform at their best.
