Advert description
I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature and bring over six years of experience in teaching and tutoring English to learners of diverse backgrounds and proficiency levels. As a CELTA-certified English teacher, I specialize in communicative and student-centered methodologies that foster both confidence and fluency. I have extensive experience preparing students for international exams such as TOEIC and IELTS, helping them achieve their target scores through structured guidance, personalized feedback, and effective exam strategies.
Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with a wide range of learners, from beginners to advanced students, focusing on developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in a balanced and practical way. I am particularly passionate about creating engaging lessons that are tailored to individual learning needs, ensuring measurable progress and long-term language retention.
As a fluent bilingual speaker of Arabic and English, I bring a strong cross-linguistic awareness to my teaching and translation work. My native-level proficiency in Arabic allows me to clearly explain complex linguistic concepts, anticipate common learner challenges, and bridge the gap between the two languages effectively. This bilingual ability enhances my teaching approach, especially when supporting Arabic-speaking learners of English, as well as non-Arabic speakers learning Arabic.
In addition to teaching English, I have been working as a translator between Arabic and English for over a year, delivering accurate, nuanced, and culturally appropriate translations across various contexts. I have also been tutoring Arabic for more than a year, helping learners build a solid foundation in the language while developing their confidence in both formal and conversational communication.
I am committed to continuous professional development and staying updated with modern teaching practices. My goal is to empower learners to communicate effectively in real-life situations, succeed in their academic or professional pursuits, and develop a genuine appreciation for language learning.
