I always ask about students' goals in learning English. Thus, I can decide which approach is the best one. I chose the course book depending on students' needs. Then, I adjust it using interactive exercises ( random wheel, quizzes, songs, vocabulary cards, etc.). I pay lots of attention to the grammar and speaking, as one can't be practised without training another one.
