I have over 10 years of experience working with young people in schools and youth work. I have experience of playing football/sports at different levels, i understand the emotion that comes with that. the excitement, frustration, fear, disappointment, pressure and determination. I understand every player develops differently, I understand how to support young people with build confidence and develop their skills. which is why my coaching would be personalised for each students ability, goals and learning style. I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental space for students to feel comfortable to fail, learn, reflect and ultimatley succeed.
