My teaching approach is based on first assessing the students’ preferred learning styles. I would give the students an assessment of how they like they like to learn the most. From the collected data, I would customize the lesson plans to incorporate more activities design to instruct the students according to how they like to learn best. Another approach that I take in teaching is through first testing the students’ knowledge on a particular topic within a subject to gauge and benchmark their current knowledge, then I would teach the particular topic in detail, afterwards I would practice with them and then test them on the material.
