Talking about the skills I believe; communication is at the heart of my teaching approach. I prioritize clear, concise explanations and active listening to understand my students' perspectives, ensuring that I can speak English fluently to cater to a diverse range of students. Adaptability has been crucial in my career, especially when adjusting to the unique learning styles of each student. During the shift to online teaching amidst COVID-19, I successfully adapted my approach for students by incorporating digital tools such as writing pads and digital whiteboards to ensure an engaging and comprehensive virtual learning experience.
