Throughout my teaching career, I have always pushed students to contribute and participate in a setting that is incredibly learning-friendly. In a variety of learning environments, I have continuously had high expectations for my students. Between me and the students, there is a great deal of respect. When dealing with difficult tasks, I am particularly effective at encouraging students' independence, resilience, and confidence. I get a lot of energy, participation, and commitment to learning from my students.
Additionally, I have taken on a significant amount of responsibility for the academic growth and results of the students I have taught. I have shown certain judgement when making plans for student progression, both during individual classes and across time, and I am able to explain how I am building on earlier success in a clear and well-supported manner. I actively advocate successful teaching strategies that help students reflect on their learning during my lessons. I've shown that I can assign tasks that are properly difficult by doing so while drawing from a solid understanding of the students' prior achievement that was obtained through thorough and accurate assessment. I frequently provide chances for independent and self-directed study. As a result, most students make excellent progress. For example, I may provide the resources and support to help students understand how to learn autonomously, leading to those students later learning the language, hobbies, and essential skills outside of a classroom setting.
