I am a deeply passionate person who really cares about the progression of their students. I give private lessons to all ages

I feel I am a natural educator, being the child of two teachers, one secondary and one at University level. I have a passion for learning, and believe I offer an energetic approach and empathetic understanding if someone is struggling with a certain activity. I feel I excel in thorough and innovative ways of explaining tasks or editing them to cater for skill or confidence level. I have 3 years teaching experience with Wac Arts and Dramakids, where I worked with young people between the ages of 4-18 of all levels of educational needs, and adults. I had a great rapport with the students there and got some excellent responses. I feel I was very good at getting unfocused people to join in or to amend their behaviour, and was particularly good at giving any emotional support a child needed. I have taught a wide range of subjects but really feel that I excel at making someone feel confident and comfortable with their pronunciation and verboseness. I know what it feels like to process differently, so I ensure all my demonstrations are thorough and varied. I do this with a huge sense of fun. I truly believe that my animated manner, willingness to throw myself into anything, linguistic virtuosity and my passion for communication would make me an excellent addition to your team.
