Dedicated Maths Tutor with a Business & Economics degree

I like to tailor lessons to suit the student’s ability, confidence level and learning style. My approach focuses on building understanding of the logic behind key mathematical concepts, then practising similar questions using various resources, followed by looking at exam technique through past papers.

My main appeal is that I am very patient and understanding which I think helps build students' confidence when trying as many questions as possible, without the fear of failing which can sometimes hinder their development. A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation or intensive revision.

I have a strong mathematical background, having done Maths A-level and studied many university maths modules at Uni, and I also have experience helping students ranging from primary school students, KS3 students and anyone studying maths up to and including GCSE level.
