Experienced Tutor, especially in maths, willing to support students after school and in the weekends

I study Maths, Physics and Further Maths, and I’m predicted A* in all three. I’ve built up a lot of experience tutoring GCSE Higher Maths, Further Maths and Physics, helping students work their way up to grades 7 to 9. I also teach Science at KS3, all subjects at KS2 and have supported a few students preparing for the 11+. My time at The Learning Hub really shaped how I teach, especially when it comes to spotting where someone is struggling and finding a way to explain things that actually clicks.
If you joined my sessions, you’d get lessons that feel structured but still relaxed. We usually start by talking through what you understand and what feels confusing, then I break the topic into small steps so it’s manageable. I’ll go through a couple of examples to get you comfortable with the method, then we work through questions together until it starts to feel natural.
I keep things interactive in a low-pressure way. I ask questions to guide your thinking, not to test you, and if something isn’t making sense, we slow down and try a different angle. You should always feel comfortable saying you don’t get something.
Overall, my goal is simple: to help you understand the subject properly, build real confidence and feel ready for whatever exam or topic you’re working towards. I am based in East London.
