Conversation with mother tongue Italian speaker and conversation in English if you are studying english from Italian

I have a Bachelor in Contemporary Dance and I am enrolled for a MA course in DMP.
I am leaving in England since 2020 and I lived 6 month in Denemark.
Italian is my first language and English is the language that school teached me but I learned properly only when I started to live out of Itlay.
