I have worked with students of different ages in private or public schools and currently working for the University of Colima in Mexico. I have learnt that everyone learns at their own pace using different techniques. In this way, I like to experiment with technology by using slides, sharing websites, going through online material, and using platforms like Google Classroom or Meet to get in touch with my students and assess their progress.
I found many similarities when working with the students at Denbigh School, in Milton Keynes, regarding their needs and capabilities when studying a second or third language. I also noticed that education does not have to be boring or strict all the time, there's also the need to make this process enjoyable for everyone.
I hope you like this learning experience of working with a Mexican English Language Teacher, who's now trying to give something in return to the country where he spent 8 months learning about the language, growing professionally, and meeting and working with fantastic people.
