Drawing on my background in wellbeing facilitation, mindfulness, and breathwork, I help students develop healthy habits, self-awareness, and practical tools for navigating pressure and overwhelm.
My approach is compassionate, encouraging, and tailored to each individual. I believe every student is different, so sessions are adapted to their goals, challenges, and learning style, whether they need support with motivation, organisation, confidence, balance, or emotional wellbeing.
