I have three years experience teaching two students up to GCSE level. I reflect with students on (homework and exam) progression and plan lessons and additional homework accordingly. When students struggle with focusing I always seek to keep them engaged leaving discipline as a last resort. I carry out lessons interactively on one note on my iPad.
