With years of experience in life coaching, training, and teaching, I am dedicated to helping individuals unlock their potential and achieve their goals. My sessions are dynamic, interactive, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Whether you're looking to improve your time management, build confidence, or set and achieve personal or professional goals, I provide the tools and guidance necessary for success.

I believe in a student-centred approach, where the learning experience is personalised to ensure it aligns with your aspirations and learning style. My sessions typically begin with a review of your current situation and the goals you want to achieve. Together, we agree on a session plan—covering the number of sessions, format, length, and what we can realistically accomplish. I act as an accountability partner for your goals, combining coaching and mentoring techniques. Where necessary, I incorporate mindfulness practices into the coaching to support goal achievement. These exercises help maintain steady progression and build a strong foundation for continuous improvement.

I offer both online and in-person sessions, making it convenient for students from different locations to join. My base is in North-West London, though I am flexible to travel within Central London, as well as North and West London.

My coaching methods include a mix of discussions, homework, podcast and book recommendations, visualisation, and hands-on coaching exercises, ensuring that each session is engaging and effective. With proficiency in English, French, Polish, and conversational Italian, I can support students of various ages, backgrounds, and nationalities.
