I hold a Master’s in Psychology from SWPS University, specializing in clinical psychology. I’ve presented at 20+ conferences, served three years on SWPS’s Psychotherapy Board, and researched alexithymia, trauma, and narrative identity. Currently, I’m co-authoring a paper on sleep quality, combining scientific rigor with clinical insight to deepen understanding of the human mind.
