I am a certified Neuroscience Coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals develop a sustainable meditation practice that actually works for their life. My approach is rooted in neuroscience, meaning I do not just teach you how to meditate, I help you understand what is happening in your brain when you do, and why it makes such a powerful difference to your mood, focus, and overall wellbeing.
My sessions are practical, accessible, and tailored to each individual. Whether you are a complete beginner who has never meditated before, or someone who has tried and struggled to stick with it, I will help you find a style and rhythm that fits naturally into your daily life.
I work with students of all ages including those with ADHD and anxiety, and I specialise in using meditation as a tool for emotional regulation, stress relief, better sleep, and mental clarity. Sessions are delivered online at flexible times to suit your schedule.
