My approach is personalised, supportive and practical. Sessions are tailored to each student's individual goals and may focus on emotional wellbeing, study-life balance, self-confidence, resilience, communication skills, stress management and personal growth.
As a certified coach and trauma-informed practitioner, I create a safe and encouraging space where students can explore challenges, strengthen self-awareness and develop tools that support both academic success and overall wellbeing.
