Oliver Rolfe is Founder & CEO of Spartan International and focuses on Life & Career Guidance and Global Equities & Investment Banking recruitment. Oliver studied Accounting and Finance and started his career within a leading global accounting firm.

In 2003 he began his Financial Services recruitment career within a subsidiary of S3, one of the largest recruitment companies in Europe. Oliver has spent over 20 successful years specialising in mid to senior level individuals with outstanding track records in Global Equities.

In 2019 Oliver published his first book ‘The Survivor’s Guide To Your Career Today’ which is the must-have career guide, and his second book “The Holistic Guide To Your Health & Wellbeing Today” was released in November 2022 and reached the No.1 Ranked Book on KOBO and No.2 Ranked Book on Amazon. In 2026 his third book "The Addiction Blueprint" was published and has received a wonderful reception globally.

Oliver has also been published in the New York Times, Bloomberg, The Trade News, EuroMoney, The Gulf Times and many other global publications. Oliver & Spartan have a newsletter with 1,000's subscribers, over 25,000 social media followers and a Spartan YouTube Channel.
