Biology tutor from UCL with experience helping students achieve top grades

I offer GCSE Biology & Chemistry tuition covering the AQA, Edexcel and OCR specifications, suitable for students at any stage of the course, from building foundational knowledge to final exam preparation. Lessons are tailored to each student's needs and can focus on: working through the syllabus topic by topic, strengthening understanding of areas a student finds difficult, exam technique and past paper practice, or a mix of all three depending on where the student is in their studies.

I am currently a Biomedical Sciences student at UCL (2:1 in first year), with A-Levels in Maths, Biology and Chemistry and 8 GCSEs at grades A* to A, so I have a strong and up-to-date understanding of the GCSE curriculum and what examiners look for. I have experience tutoring GCSE Biology one-to-one, helping a student improve to a grade 8, and I currently mentor first-year students at UCL, so I am used to explaining concepts clearly and adapting my approach to different learning styles.

Sessions can be structured around a specific exam board and tailored to a student's target grade, with regular progress checks to track improvement over time.
