Biology tutor providing lessons to students of all ages

Hi there!
I'm Mahnoor, an MSc Neuroscience student at UCL.

I hold a First Class undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences from King’s College London, giving me a solid academic grounding in biology and chemistry. With an A* in A-level Chemistry, an A in Biology, and all A*A grades at GCSE, I understand the challenges and strategies needed to succeed at every stage of your academic journey.

I am passionate about my subjects and aim to impart not only rigorous understanding but also genuine enjoyment of learning science. My approach combines kindness and patience with high standards; I encourage curiosity and critical thinking in a supportive environment tailored to each student. Sessions are structured around individual goals, focusing on problem-solving, tackling challenging concepts, and developing effective exam strategies.

Having worked with students through online tuition, I am experienced in delivering engaging lessons in virtual settings as well as providing practical advice on time management and study techniques.

Above all, my goal is to help students overcome obstacles, gain confidence, but also discover some of the joy I found in the subjects myself! After all it does make a subject easier to learn if you enjoy it...
