Advert description
My approach is based on a holistic philosophy where food is seen as nourishment and support for the whole body, including digestive health, microbiome balance, and hormonal wellbeing. I promote sustainable lifestyle habits, balanced nutrition, and realistic movement practices that enhance energy, emotional stability, and long-term health.
Currently in the process of obtaining professional recognition and membership with key industry bodies, including FNTP (Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners), CMA (Complementary Medical Association), and professional insurance coverage via approved providers such as Balens (subject to eligibility), supporting future practice within recognized complementary health frameworks.
Bilingual Nutrition Practitioner recently qualified through the College of Living Nutrition (Regent’s University pathway). After personally navigating a significant health journey, including breast cancer recovery and a challenging perimenopausal transition, I developed a deep understanding of the impact that nutrition, lifestyle, and hormonal balance have on physical and emotional wellbeing.
This experience inspired me to formally pursue nutrition and wellbeing as a professional path, with the goal of supporting others—particularly women facing similar challenges—who feel stuck or overwhelmed in their health journey.
