My approach is to engage with the individual so that they know I will support them completely on their learning journey.

I am person centred therefore adaptable to a students need. As a good teacher it is simply not enough to know your subject - a good teacher knows their student. In my teaching career I have had opportunity to deliver many 1:1 sessions as required to my cohort, many of whom have struggled with learning either individually or in large groups.
