I was working as a customer support supervisor for Microsoft customers at Concentrix. My communication was mainly with EMEA, ANZ and UK customers which improved my fluency and rapport building nature. I was teaching guitar and keyboard lessons to students back in my home country which gave strength to handle students with patience and teach with pace and get them in track.
