After School Tutor to help you improve your studies and ease some anxiety and stress through coaching

Hey there! I’m Louelle, a current postgraduate student who’s already gone through one undergraduate diploma and is simultaneously in her postgrad studies, also getting a second undergraduate diploma. My finished undergrad is in theatre and film, whilst my current one is in applied psychology. My postgrad is in Text and Performance, which is more complex and broad than one would think. :)

I can offer you a structured tutoring plan, with which we will ease your study stress and anxieties whilst getting on top of your work so you don’t fall behind. The goal is to make you excited about your studies and improve your overall mental health, which can be deeply affected by our mood, ambitions and mindset.
Together, we will create a study plan for you and ease you into some habit changes when needed. I will also give you a little “homework” assignment, which aids in providing you with some reflection on your everyday life and soothes your nerves after stressful days.
We will also work on creating a life and study journal and a habit tracker.
