I help individuals through challenging periods in their lives to find balance, clarity and purpose. I can support with issues such as boosting confidence and resilience; behaviour change; self care and dealing with stress and burnout; career development; life transitions, the inner critic; managing anxiety; and shifting procrastination.
By helping you navigate a new path forwards and asking questions, I work to boost self-compassion and resilience for any challenges or periods of transition in your life, no matter how big or small. You can count on me to help hold you accountable to making progress on your goals and letting go of behaviour patterns that might be standing in your way.
You may have an issue / question to bring to our session to work through together, something you’re looking to shift or develop. Or maybe just a sense you know something needs to change, though you don’t know quite what that is! And now is a time you’re willing to reflect and take action. My Wellbeing Coaching is accessible, and offered on a sliding scale.
I am trauma-informed and hold an Advanced Diploma in Wellbeing & Mental Health Coaching, and training in Mindfulness-Based Self Compassion & Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, with an Advanced Counsellor & Psychotherapist Level 4, and a year-long Compassionate Inquiry professional training.
I have Accredited Membership with the ACCPH, am a Member of the Association for Coaching, and a Student Member of the BACP.
