I conduct both 1:1 and team sessions with professionals who are looking to develop both their own performance as well as future leadership and team management capabilities. I focus on increasing awareness of the impact that they have, the communication skills that they can utilise in everyday interactions and demonstrate how this can support their career development. I also enable them to discover types of leadership and the tools that they can use to develop their own leadership style to get the best out of others and equip them for future professional growth and success. I draw on both my professional coaching accreditation as well as a decade in corporate communications and 8+ years as a senior leader up to Managing Director level to ensure that all training is related to real-life scenarios and is relevant to their own development and environment.
