4+ years’ Maths tutoring experience, with an interactive style and GCSE students achieving Grades 8–9

I am an experienced and dedicated Mathematics tutor with over four years of tutoring experience, specialising in GCSE, KS3 and lower-level Mathematics. My teaching approach is interactive, engaging and tailored to each student’s individual needs, with a strong emphasis on developing both understanding and confidence. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building their skills at their own pace. Throughout my experience, I have helped students make significant academic progress, with previous GCSE students achieving Grades 8 and 9. My lessons focus not only on improving mathematical ability, but also on developing effective problem-solving skills, exam technique and the confidence needed to succeed independently.
