It's important to me that learners feel listened to and that the learning curve is a positive experience. I give each learner a detailed needs analysis form to complete before we start and we also have a zoom call to discuss in detail what those needs are and how they can be met. The material used is specifically selected for the needs of the learner. I do not believe in simply turning the page of a book and following what is set out. I expect learners to be proactive in their learning process and contribute to the classes.
