I’m a warm, patient, and encouraging tutor who aims to help students feel more confident, capable, and supported in their learning

I have a background in education, mentoring, and supporting young people, including experience as an English teacher and many years working with children and young adults in learning and development settings. I hold a BSc in Psychology, which also helps me understand motivation, confidence, and how different students learn. In my lessons, I would first understand the student’s current level, strengths, and areas they find difficult. I would then teach in a clear, step-by-step way, using simple explanations, examples, and regular practice to help them improve. My aim is to make learning feel manageable, engaging, and confidence-building.
