Hi, I'm Gemma!

I'm passionate about language, communication, and cultural exchange.

I teach a variety of English language courses, including General & Business English, ESP, EAP, IELTS, and PTE Academic preparation. I like to tailor my teaching approach to each learner's individual objectives, as I believe every student has unique needs.

I enjoy getting to know my students and making them feel comfortable in class so that, from day one, they feel at ease and encouraged to make mistakes, ask questions, and actively participate.

I have a neutral English accent, which most of my students see as an advantage. I also have a positive outlook on life and pride myself on being professional, organized, and trustworthy.

I have 12+ years of experience teaching English as a Foreign Language across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. I specialise in teaching adult learners Business English, General English, English for Specific Purposes, Academic English and exam preparation for IELTS and PTE. I’ve helped hundreds of learners reach their target IELTS and PTE exam scores, whether for university admission, career advancement, or immigration purposes.
