First of all, I'm very friendly, this makes the students willing to express themselves more and ask questions. I try to introduce difficult topics in a simple way, bring up something the student can relate to, from there we try to answer different questions, apply critical thinking. We see where mistakes are made and what the students should do or how the students can improve when asked certain questions.
