I’m a skilled and hardworking with a deep knowledge and interest of English - especially at GCSE level.

My teaching is flexible, depending on who I’m working with. I can support with both English Language and Literature. I can do anything from reading and understanding text to practice exam questions. At GCSE level (Year 10-11) I can go through the book, play or poem the student is reading, help with annotations and comprehension. I can after provide exam styled questions to help consolidate the students learning. I can also support students from Year 7-9, teaching them to analyse text and develop their skills for when they need them at GCSEs
