I’am a positive individual, who is always optimistic and ready to help. I always seek for a healthy life choices, which makes me want to share with others. My lessons are aimed for anyone who is ready to learn the fundamentals of fitness.

I love sports in every form, watching, learning and performing. I have many years of experience in fitness; gym and basketball. I have a great creative mind, which allows me to think outside the box and do something different, so my teaching would be more fun and engaging.
