I'm a patient and an adaptable individual who focuses on building both subject knowledge and student confidence.

First I start off by understanding their current level, learning style, and specific goals. I will create a tailored lesson plan. I encourage active participation by allowing my students to ask me questions . If a student is struggling with a topic or specific question I will help them tackle the question and then give them a similar one to try independently. At the end of each session, I will review key points and assign targeted practice to reinforce learning. My goal is to build confidence and independent thinking.
