My approach to tutoring is student-centred, practical, and focused on building a strong understanding of concepts. I first identify each student’s current knowledge, learning pace, and areas where they need support. Based on this, I prepare structured lessons and explain accounting concepts step by step using simple language and real-world examples. I believe accounting should be understood through practice rather than memorisation. Therefore, I include numerical exercises, practical problems, revision sessions, and regular assessments to help students apply what they learn. I also encourage students to ask questions and discuss their difficulties openly. Students can expect me to be patient, approachable, punctual, and well prepared for every session. I will monitor their progress, identify areas for improvement, and adapt my teaching methods to suit their individual needs. My goal is not just to help students achieve better academic results but also to develop their confidence and make accounting easier and more interesting to learn.
