I am a qualified and accredited coach who specialises in career development. Most recently, I worked at Citibank for their Leadership Development team - designing and facilitating on their Career Empowerment Programme which was designed to support mid-level employees to think about how to navigate their career in the corporate world through building trusting relationships and networking. Prior to that I worked in digital learning and in HR. My focus now is on helping people move forward in their career or return to work after illness. This is through my extensive coaching qualification, accreditation and experience.
