Hi everyone! I love working 1:1 and in group settings with learners who are keen to develop awareness and skills through self-reflection, practical tools and peer learning. In my work, I combine practical experience with a strengths-based and highly interactive approach. We start with what you want to achieve and use real situations from your professional life to explore what works, what gets in the way and what you might do differently. Whether you want to become more confident in difficult conversations, manage conflict constructively, strengthen your communication or feedback skills, or grow as a leader, my aim is to give you both practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
