Hello! I am a GCSE science tutor working with a variety of exam boards! I can find access to most textbooks the children require. I can also help them get better at answering the more challenging questions in exam papers!

I have worked as a tutor at my college previously and I'm currently studying Biomedical Science at a degree level. Therefore I am very familiar with the subjects of biology and chemistry. I teach at a GCSE level at the moment. I am prepared to help in both lower and higher/triple science levels. Throughout my education I became familiar with multiple exam boards and so I can help a variety of students with exam specific information.

I will require at least a day's notice in regards to the topic the student struggles with and at the session itself I will have prepared either notes or a PowerPoint the student can reference later for bigger or more complex topics. I will also prepare question packs in order to help them remember the information. Depending on the topic I can also link videos or other media to suit a child's learning style.

After a few sessions I would take note of all the topics studied and provide a small quiz in order to check how the child retains thought information.
