I’m a friendly maths tutor offering personalised, interactive lessons for students of all ages, building confidence and enjoyment

I want to help people who need guidance and I believe that working collaboratively is an amazing way to learn, as I have done this myself! I have been tutoring for the last 4 years now and I have had the most fulfilling experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages in a variety of areas. I've had the honour of helping students understand difficult ideas in both one-on-one and classroom settings. My teaching and tutoring style is different depending on my student and I have learnt that not everyone works at the same pace and way and therefore I aim to cater to each student to the best of my abilities. I tailor my methods to individual learning styles, offering personalized guidance and support to help each student achieve their full potential. Through these methods, I have assisted pupils in overcoming challenges and achieving full potentials. I always try to make sure the student is engaging in a fun and interactive way as this will help the student not just memorise the concept and methods but understand and be able to apply it easily for other examples. I emphasize interactive learning, encouraging students to ask questions and engage with me at all steps and me talking. One of the most rewarding parts of my work has been seeing their growth and achieving the grades they are aiming and working towards. I hope my commitment to providing a positive and engaging learning environment will continue to enable students to reach their greatest potential. I don’t want to be just teaching them but instead be working together to solve and enhance their knowledge, so they enjoy the process rather than being for just exams!
