I'm a football enthusiast turned coach who wants to help people get better in playing football and understanding tactics.

I think trust is built mainly on truth,so I'm not the kind of person to make a player happy by telling them they are good at something they're not.I tell them their strengths and weaknesses and we always make sure their strengths are trained to expert levels and their weaknesses are manageable and do not cause them failure.I use video analysis to show players how they can get better at something or rather something that they missed while they were playing,I also show them plays from professional players and teams who resemble their playing style to give them new ideas to make themselves better and more creative at playing football.I maintain a healthy relationship with players to ensure that my man management skills are actually effective and to also help them to trust me with something they would feel rather ashamed of;I.e when talking about tactics and maybe they don't understand a concept,they can ask me directly instead of keeping quiet about it due to shame.
