Advert description
Tutoring is my calling and I have no shortage of success stories to show for it. My pupils leave classes full of newfound confidence and a deeper understanding of the topics we covered in the lesson. My students not only exceed expectations but enjoy the journey of reaching those new heights. My students have been admitted into Eton on the King's Scholarship, achieved best-in-school GCSEs and A-Levels, been admitted to Oxbridge , Russell Group Universities, as well as Ivy League colleges in the USA.
I specialise in diagnosing areas for improvement and creating an actionable plan for how to address it, with defined milestones that will let us review progress. Lessons are typically one hour long, with feedback given to guardians (if appropriate) at the end of every class.
I am an ex-teacher turned laboratory scientist with a PhD. I work with ancient artefacts in my lab during the day and tutors students in the evenings and weekends.
I have been told many times that I was scouted out after other tutors were not a good fit for a pupil, especially those with special learning needs. My calm, patient, and confident approach emboldens students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, etc., to take their time and be proud of overcoming the challenges of a difficult problem.
