Project manager, MBA student and lecturer teaching leadership through real industry cases to students, MBA candidates and manager

Nine years leading teams in energy, maritime and infrastructure, most recently with BP and SOCAR. I was often the youngest manager on my teams and led engineers twice my age, which taught me how motivation and trust work in practice. I lecture at the University of Georgia, founded Hazel School of Management, and am studying for an MBA at the University of Liverpool. Certified PMP®, PMI-ACP® and PSPO I. I teach in English and Georgian. How I will teach I link leadership theory to real practice. Each lesson starts with a concept, such as Maslow, Herzberg or transformational leadership, then tests it against real workplace cases, including my own. Lessons are interactive: we discuss, challenge ideas and apply them to your assignments, exams or work situations. I adapt the pace and focus to your goals, whether that's a stronger essay, more confidence in exams or leading your first team.
